Dark Side Web (dark27web.com) is operated by Antibody Cyber Technology, LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the platform:
- Server logs — IP address, browser user-agent, requested URL, and timestamp. Retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
- Tool analysis queries — The tool name or category you submit for analysis. These are processed in memory and not stored persistently.
We do not collect:
- Names, email addresses, or account credentials (there is no login system)
- Payment or billing information
- Device fingerprints or tracking identifiers beyond server logs
2. Cookies and Tracking
Dark Side Web does not set cookies, use tracking pixels, or run third-party analytics scripts. There is no advertising network embedded in the platform itself.
Sponsored links (NordVPN, NordPass) link to external sites with their own privacy policies. These links use standard HTTP referral headers; clicking them may set cookies on those third-party domains.
3. How We Use Information
- Detect and block malicious traffic via ModSecurity WAF
- Diagnose server errors and maintain uptime
- Rate-limit abusive requests
We do not sell, rent, or share log data with any third party except as required by law.
4. Data Security
All connections are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. The platform enforces strict security headers (HSTS, CSP, X-Frame-Options) and DNSSEC on the domain. ModSecurity OWASP Core Rule Set is active on all requests.
5. Third-Party Links
This site contains links to external resources (NordVPN, NordPass, and research references). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review their policies before providing personal information.
6. Children's Privacy
Dark Side Web is intended for cybersecurity professionals and researchers. It is not directed at anyone under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to request deletion of server log entries referencing your IP address. Submit requests to: wayne@antibodynet.net.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the platform or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the current version.
